I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, perfect for big families. The little beach on-site was a lovely touch. The service was top-notch with staff going the extra mile in being attentive and prompt. The location was ideal for a quiet and relaxing vacation, just off Nissi Beach with amazing views. The dining experience was varied but could have had more vegan options. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, very clean, bright, and quiet, making it perfect for a family. However, it was disappointing that the room I booked with a bath was not provided, which was essential for bathing my baby. The breakfast buffet felt like a large cafeteria, and I enjoyed the steam room at the property.
The hotel offers a cozy stay comparable to a 3-4 star hotel with all the essentials. The corridors' carpets added a nice touch. While the ambience could be enhanced with a redesign, the location near Nissi Beach provides beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, though the rocky beach is a minor drawback.
I decided to upgrade to the deluxe wing for a better room after finding the basic room old and worn-out. The wheelchair access into the shower was a plus, but the cleaner walking in unexpectedly was not ideal. The service was mostly friendly and efficient, although there was one staff member who brought down the experience. The location was walking distance from the beautiful Nissi beach, but the presence of flies outside was a drawback. The dining experience was average, with the same breakfast daily. The facilities were adequate.
